Weingut Hüls Kabinett Riesling French White with a finely-tuned balance ofDelicately fruity and mineral driven wine that captures the essence of Mosels slate rich terroir. It opens with vibrant aromas of red apple, pink grapefruit, pomelo, and a subtle lift of white pepper. On the palate, its light yet expressive, with powdered lime and kaffir lime intensity layered over a beam of bright acidity. The sweetness is finely balanced, offering just enough fruit richness to counter the chalky, slate infused minerality.
