Iris flowers in shades of blue and pink sit beneath a crinoline curve over the top, which softens the line and adds a light, ethereal layer. Hand made in our London atelier by Merve Bayindir Millinery, a member of the British Fashion Council, Jessie is finished to a couture standard, a sculptural piece that
