The 2022 vintage bursts with gunpowder, orange peel, white flowers, and crushed rocks, amplified by a rich, textured palate and saline finish. Organic farming and low yields concentrate its opulent stone fruit character. Best after 2028, though decanting (45 minutes) unlocks its youth. Pair with garlic butter escargots or veal.
