Circumference measures 14" unstretched, up to 22" stretched. Large adult measures 11" long (with turn up), 15"unstretched, up to 24" (stretched) circumference . Knitted by me in rural Lincolnshire on my vintage hand powered knitting machine in a beautiful soft but 'sheepy', worsted spun 100%
