Prophet’s Rock Pinot Gris Rose Brooding aromas of blackberryProphets Rock Pinot Gris is a finely crafted aromatic white from Central Otago, sourced primarily from the steep, schist rich Rocky Point Vineyard. Hand harvested estate fruit is whole bunch pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in old barrels, then aged on gross lees for texture, purity, and site expression. The wine shows concentrated aromatics, low yields, and careful canopy management, resulting in great depth, precision, and ripeness.
