We start right at the beginning selecting each tree that will be harvested to create the best barrel possible for every batch of our award winning whiskey. For our Double Oak, we re barreled our Kentucky whiskey in new American Oak Barrels from West Virginia for an additional year to highlight the importance of our barrels to our whiskey making process.
