A midpalate of almond meal, soft spice, and gentle lees texture reflects the Hoddles Creek approach minimal intervention, no acidification, and a focus on fruit purity. Compared with the Yarra bottling, the wine feels rounder and slightly fuller, yet still taut and minerallined. The finish is long,
