Compared to many Italian Proseccos, Dott.s style is drier, more restrained, and more textural, shaped by lees work and the warm Murray Darling climate. On the palate, it is crisp, bonedry, and delicately aromatic, showing flavors of apple, pear, citrus, and soft white peach, supported by fine bubbles and a smooth, subtly
