Description

this wine can also benefit from a little ageing to reveal more complexity over time

linear tannins and a chocolate and light cedar undertone to the whole thing

With its deep purple hue and cedar aromas

firm structure frame the fruit explosion beautifully

ensures a cooler microclimate

Le Petit Cheval 1999 Service this wine can also benefitThe 1999 vintage was one of great potential for Chateau Cheval Blanc even though the summer was quite wet. It came down to the sorting table removing some of the Cabernet Franc and then as a result adding more Merlot to the blend.
