Château de Fosse-Sèche - Eolithe 2017 (rött/red): Natural Refinement One for the agesEolithe is the main cuve of Chteau de Fosse Sche and a great introduction to the distinctive features of its wines: elegance and precision, minerality, spicy peppery and tense fruity aromas. Made exclusively of Cabernet Franc, produced with a short maceration but a long maturation on lees, this red wine is fit as an athlete and as such manages to combine freshness and power. A perfect match for a rack of lamb, duck breast or fried mushrooms. Best
