Its been lifted with Chinotto syrup made by the Bertoncello Bros from @omyrestaurantandfarm using Mountain Yuzu fruit, farm honey, and native aromatics like strawberry gum, lemon myrtle, and river mint. The result is a dark beer with layers of citrus, gentle bitterness, and an oaky backbone. Earthy, spiced, and quietly complex. Native grains: mamadyang
