McHenry Hohnen Calgardup Brook Vineyard Chardonnay Hawke’s Bay 0% Alcohol offering citrus and orchard‑fruit purityOne of those wines you think 'yep lots to enjoy here', as its detailed and delicious. Its full of white stone fruit and grapefruit and is flinty and spicy, with judicious oak integration adding spices but also some flesh across the palate. Its luscious with nutty, creamy lees. Super refreshing acidity encases the richness although its by no means a big wine. Drinks well today and will build more complexity in time. Jane Faulkner
