BARBADILLO OLOROSO SHERRY Varietal:Sherry Dried pearAging under the Solera system a fractional blending method where younger wine continuously refreshes older barrels gives Barbadillo Oloroso its layered complexity without a fixed vintage. Unlike Fino or Manzanilla, Oloroso ages oxidatively, without flor yeast protection, concentrating the wine into a dry, full bodied style. Barbadillo, founded in 1821 and based in Sanlcar de Barrameda, makes this from 100% Palomino Fino grapes grown in Jerez's
