I love these metallic lurex knits from the seventies and when a designer like Bill Blass got his hands on some the results are just magical

All the layers are made of the same jersey

The back is left basically bare except for the tie of fabric that keeps the top in place

I have left them hanging down for these photos but you can see on the runway that they were tied behind the models backs

There is a touch of sun fading to the top of one strap
