Competitive Training Grips Group lessons are currently heldThe competitive training sessions are for players looking to play at high level. This is an intense two hour session of a lot of beach tennis drills and points. We focus on technique, strategy and conditioning. The first hour is mainly drills and the second hour is mainly points.
