It is truly a beautiful piece and one of my personal favorites

I left them hanging down for these shots but you could also clip the bottom so that they separate and then you could tie them into pretty little bows if you wished

Each sleeve is made of a ruched and gathered blue silk chiffon that sits on either side of the wide cut neck

It is cut to the knee and skims over the body in a A-line design

and I love the huge balloon sleeves
