New Mexico Gray Mountains (canvas wrap) Size:30" x 40" Due to the hand craftedThe original New Mexico gray Mountains was painted on a road map of New Mexico. I painted it from the view of the back side of the Sandia Mountains. The original was done with transparent washes of acrylic paints that allowed the map to show through. Raised silver metal is added just like the original, antiqued with tar glaze, then the whole piece is sealed with a UV varnish.
