Many users often wonder about bacteriostatic water vs reconstitution solutions and their proper applications

The most common pre-blended schedule is 0.10 mL (10 units) once daily from a 70 mg vial reconstituted with 3 mL bacteriostatic water

That means the practical answer to how long is bac water good for after opening is usually up to 28 days, provided the original expiration date has not arrived earlier and the vial still meets visual and handling checks

This makes Bacteriostatic Water particularly suitable for research environments where multiple doses or solutions must be prepared under sterile conditions
