We begin the process with a bourbon made from 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, then aged in charred American White Oak barrels. After aging, we add a twist a French Oak spire, seasoned, toasted, and infused with cold brew coffee, imparting rich, hearty flavors, and notes of coffee, dark chocolate, and burnt vanilla.
