Elk has been facing a shortage for years and this is some of the last of what I have left. Our new replacement for elk is Velvet leather. Thumpers are the kings of thuddy. Not to be mistaken for cat o nines, they have a deep penetrating thud. By concentrating all of the tails of a of a regular flogger at the very end it gives the piece more momentum and concentrated force. This one
