The cameo is crisply detailed and is genuine hand carved shell. The frame is stamped "925" and the item weighs 6. 43g. The size dimensions are in the later photos. PLEASE NOTE: There is some dark black silver patina around the rim holding the cameo which I can't clean without damaging the cameo, see pictures video.
