The report also says Mexico has made it illegal to advertise electronic cigarettes, vapes, and other similar systems through print, digital, television, radio, or other media, and that violations could result in a fine or one to eight years in prison
However, as yet the evidence is thin on the ground, and theres some reason to believe that this seemingly positive association might be a statistical artefact
