aged in large French oak barrels for 24 months

which become pure gold in the hands of a good winemaker

with notes of fresh raspberry

This is a finely crafted Village Cru

Scents of saline and orange zest hover in the background

Colesel - Prato Scuro Brut NV (750ml) Chalone aged in large French oakA pale silver colour with a delicate mousse. Peach, banana and tangerine on the nose. Lots of yellow fruit on the palate, tropical fruit, pineapple. Taut and dry on the palate, a playful tension between the mousse and the fruit, slightly drying on the finish due to the acidity.
