Secondary aromatics of freshly turned earth, baking spices, violets and tar. Refreshing acidity, bright and lip smacking. Suede like (tailored, of course!) tannins, both feather lite and supple, give complexity to the mouthfeel. Light, savoury and spicy, this is framed by 15% new wood, with plenty of bright, tangy fruit and just a nip of tannin. Tim Atkin
