EOD Cellars - Det Cord White 2019 (750ml) Germany Nahe Rose 88 John Gilman - ViewJuicy kiwi, fresh lemon and zesty grapefruit come together to make up the nose on this unexpected version of Gewrztraminer. It is anything but ordinary, with bright and crisp flavors of tart pear and lime. It is pleasantly dry, but not overly so, and the very faint finish of smoke adds complexity. Try with a variety of sushi and sashimi, or white sauce pizza.
