Built in 1927 by the Gakuso Foundation to house Taiwanese students studying in Tokyo, the reinforced concrete building stood in Kohinata, Bunkyo ku for 80 years before a fire in July 2007 displaced its final residents. Part of the Seika Dormitory series.
