It is made of white and emerald green glass which has hand painted flowers on all sides. It measures 12 1 2 inches or 32 cm in height and 5 1 2 inches or 14 cm in diameter at the bottom base. It has a small chip at the very top but the light fitting will cover this. Other than that, this base is in great condition for its age. It will look beautiful when wired and working with a lamp
