Frasca - Freisa d'Asti 2023 (750ml) Mâcon-Villages giving it a unique crossNestled among the hills of Nizza Monferrato, Frasca consists of 22 hectares of vineyards. If you're not familiar with the freisa grape, here is an excellent introduction to the rustic kin of noble nebbiolo. Vines averaging 20 years come from the Moasca area. This was fermented with 30% whole bunch and gentle maceration infusion (no punch downs) before 4 months rest in large older oak. Juicy mulberry, wild blackberry, thorns, and dark florals pull
