Winemaker's Notes: This wine was made from exceptionally ripe Leon Millot. It was fermented in stainless steel to maintain clean, fresh fruit flavours. Leon Millot Ros was fermented completely dry to ensure that it works well with a variety of food pairings. Inspired by the dry ross of the south of France, a combination of Swiss and French yeasts were used to bring out
