Produced following traditional methods and principles of biodynamics, fermented with indigenous yeasts without using added sulphites, but a natural product based on chestnut flowers. Letting it breathe a short time is recommended to fully express its mineral scents, fruit aromas such as peach and apricot and a slight bitter nuance. The mouthfeel is dry and persistent.
