This is an original vintage Universal Woodworking ruler / measure from the 1920's - 1930's

It measures 3 inches tall and 2 inches wide

The pestle measures 13 inches in length and the bowl measures6 inches in diameter and 5 inches in height. There is a little chip in the wood on the underside of the top rim. Other than that, this set is in very good condition for its age.
