GERMAN WWII NPEA OVERSEAS CAP the metalwork has a goodA highly unusual overseas cap, all in black with white corded edge, fitted with the overseas cap small size version of the M. 29 eagle, fitted below is the white on black political cockade, identical to the cockade shown on page 90 of the Hitler Youth volume 2 by J. R. Angolia. The interior lining is in political brown with a medium sized stamping N. P. E. A. Dessau with date 1935. Unfortunately, very little information is available for NPEA uniforms.
