Pernot Belicard Puligny Montrachet 2020 750ml 700ml basil and anise are complementedThis year the wine comes from two additional plots from Domaine Pernot, Petit Nosroyes and Boudrires, plus existing Belicard vines. The mix gives a good balance of ages and styles. Pale lemon yellow. The bouquet is a little fresher without as much oak influence, though still with 20% new wood. I like the persistence across the palate, still quite a thick texture though with an attractive streak of acidity through the middle.
