This dress is a perfect transitional piece because its so versatile and easy to layer on for cold days and wear plain on hot days

Because it took so long to sew this dress by hand, I havent made the ballgown yet

While temps are still warm, keep things simple and wear it with a pair of black or brown knee-high boots, then later slip it over a black turtleneck for a little extra warmth

The dressing will keep well in the fridge in a covered container for up to 2 weeks
