Halls dress was inspired by the Muglers 1981 couture Vampire Dress. The dress has some notable similarities, namely the above the knee skirt, the low-cut neckline and the plunging sleeves
The image that inspired me had 3 scallops on each side of the top, but I decided to go with only 2 scallops to avoid resizing the design to a smaller size ( which my machine does not do )
