There is an indistinct makers name and verso there are three pins present

and to add more or a provenance the rug has been signed by it's maker

having stylized floral sprays and palmettes set in ivories highlighted in tangerine

displaying vivid blues

The board has obviously been used as a decorative display piece for some time as there are two old hanging hooks present to the top one loop
